Proof

Proof that there are more stupid people out there than previously thought:

"The Pacifier", a comedy which features Vin Diesel as a Navy Seal assigned to protect a suburban family, made $30M this weekend. You know there's already a sequel in the works. They'll probably call it "Pacifier 2: Potty Training." And it will suck.

Speaking of sucking, "60 Minutes" was on tonight and they did a report on a "secret" CIA operation that transports terrorism suspects into countries where torture laws don't quite apply. We're talking 100 people or so. To countries like Egypt and Uzbekistan. It didn't surprise me that the segment failed to mention the benefits of such an operation (which have probably been going on for YEARS, despite the report's claim that Clinton authorized it); who knows what intelligence we've gotten out of this and how many lives have been saved. Instead, they focused solely on the mistakes that have been made, therefore implying that the entire operation shouldn't exist. Thanks, "60 Minutes," for proving once again why I hate the mainstream media: they don't show all sides of the story. Leslie Stahl...more like Leslie Stalin. Ha! That's what we call "makes no sense"-funny.
